Blood, Urine and X-ray Results
Your doctor will normally advise you how long it takes for test results to arrive back in the practice. Please call between 12 noon and 1.00pm for any results of tests performed by your doctor.

Appointments
Please call at the reception or telephone during office hours only or log on to your EMIS Access and book on line. For ROUTINE appointments or queries about results, please avoid telephoning between 8.30 a.m. and 10.30 am. It is usually much easier to telephone the surgery in the afternoon.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION STANDARDS: DO YOU HAVE ANY COMMUNICATION NEEDS?

To enable us to improve communication with our Patients and to ensure that you can read and understand the information we send to you please let us know if:

  • You need Information in braille, large print or easy read
  • You need a British Sign Language Interpreter or advocate
  • We can support you to lip read or use a hearing aid or communication tool
  • You have any other communication/information needs

Please tell the Receptionist and complete the relevant form so that we can note your records accordingly.

With effect from 1 July 2018 all patients currently registered with Dr Darcy will be transferred to either Dr Corinne Fletcher or Dr Lucy Webb as their registered Doctor. Patients will be allocated according to their surname as follows:

A-H: Dr Fletcher

I-Z: Dr Lucy Webb

Dr Corinne Fletcher’s clinics will be as follows:

Cowfold:

Monday:                      9.10am to 11.30am and 3.00pm-4.30pm

Tuesday:                     9.10am to 11.30am

Thursday:                    9.10am to 11.30am

Dr Lucy Webb’s Clinics will be as follows:

Cowfold:

Wednesday:               9.30am to 11.50am and 4.00pm-5.30pm

Thursday:                   3.00pm -4.30pm

Friday:                        9.10am to 11.30am and 3.00pm-4.30pm

Please note that even though you may be registered with either Dr Fletcher or Dr Webb you can still see either of these two Doctors if it is on a day when your registered Doctor is not available.

A MINOR INJURIES UNIT IS AVAILABLE AT HORSHAM HOSPITAL AND IS OPEN:

MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9.00AM TO 5.00PM

 

CRAWLEY

 

THERE IS ALSO AN URGENT TREATMENT CENTRE AT CRAWLEY HOSPITAL WHICH TREATS MOST INJURIES OR ILLNESSES WHICH ARE NOT LIFE THREATENING

 

THE CENTRE IS OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK
