 Appointments

appointmentsPlease call at the reception or telephone during office hours only.  For ROUTINE appointments or queries about results, please avoid telephoning between 08:30 and 11:30.  It is usually much easier to telephone the surgery after 11.30a.m.

On line appointment booking is now available using the link above.  This facility is for booking G.P. appointments only.  You will need to register to use this service.  Simply call into the reception at either Cowfold surgery or Partridge Green surgery and we will provide your log in details straight away.  If for any reason you cannot access a suitable appointment on line simply phone the surgery in the usual way.

SAME DAY problems will always be provided with immediate attention, either by an appointment or by speaking to the doctor.

Telephone Advice

The doctors and nurses are happy to give advice over the telephone for problems which do not require an appointment or visit.  It is helpful to let the receptionist know your details.  The receptionist will ask for a contact telephone number where the doctor can ring you back when available. Alternatively please telephone the Surgery between 12noon and 1.00pm when we should be able to put you through to your Doctor

Please note that reception staff are, for the most part, not medically qualified and are unable to give you medical advice.

Please do not phone before 08:30 or after 18:00 if your call is not urgent.  If the doctor is unavailable you will be asked to leave a message.  If your call is of an urgent nature your call will be passed to a doctor.
