Blood, Urine and X-ray Results
Your doctor will normally advise you how long it takes for test results to arrive back in the practice. Please call between 12 noon and 1.00pm for any results of tests performed by your doctor.

Appointments
Please call at the reception or telephone during office hours only or log on to your EMIS Access and book on line. For ROUTINE appointments or queries about results, please avoid telephoning between 8.30 a.m. and 10.30 am. It is usually much easier to telephone the surgery in the afternoon.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

GP Services - Extended Access Survey 2017

National funding is available from 2018 to improve access to GP services. This includes ensuring that everyone has more convenient access to a GP, including a mixture of same day and routine appointments on weekday evenings after 6.30pm and at weekends based on local needs. This piece of work is known as 'delivering extended access to GP services'. 

Our local CCG is currently considering how best to deliver extended access in our area so that it meets the needs of our population and is realistically deliverable within the budget we have been allocated. There is a national and local shortage of GPs so this means that an extended access service could be provided at a venue other than here at Cowfold Medical Group.
