COVID VACCINATIONS 2021

Please be aware that we are now in the process of vaccinating patients. There is no need for patients to contact the surgery as everyone eligible for the vaccine will be invited to attend the Covid vaccination site based in Horsham in line with Government guidelines, which are based are implemented in waves.

Flu vaccinations

Flu Vaccination - Patients aged between 50 and 64, message from NHS Public Health:

Please note that, if you are aged between 50 and 64 and not in a clinical at risk group, the earliest you will be offered a flu vaccination is in December, providing there is sufficient vaccine. No appointments will be offered for people in this age group until then. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first. If you are aged 50 to 64 and are in a clinical ‘at risk’ group, which is eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, please contact reception for an appointment.

CORONAVIRUS - do not attend if you are experiencing any one of the Covid symptoms

**** Please help us to protect each other by observing social distancing measures and always wear a face mask ****

We are here to help and support patients, do not neglect your health needs. Our Cowfold site has been and will remain open for the community, operating on a telephone and e-consult basis with face to face appointments available if the GPs need to see you. Please DO NOT attend the Surgery unless you have been asked to do so!

Online appointment booking may be temporarily suspended in line with national NHS guidance due to the Corona virus spread. Please contact the surgery for further information.
