NEW TELEPHONE SYSTEM

Cowfold Medical Group’s new telephone migration has been in place since January 16th. Thank you to all our patients for your kindness and understanding while we have familiarised ourselves with the new system. There is a new answerphone message which might sound different to the last message so please do not hang up! Our telephone lines open at 8.30am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Please do not try to call before or after these times as the calls will not be registered. We have also introduced a call back service if you are waiting too long in the queue. You will not lose your place in the queue and will be sent a text message if we try to contact you and cannot get through. Thank you.
