Appointments Please call at the reception or telephone during office hours only or log on to your EMIS Access and book on line. For ROUTINE appointments or queries about results, please avoid telephoning between 8.30 a.m. and 10.30 am. It is usually much easier to telephone the surgery in the afternoon.

Our telephone availability is between 08:30 and 18:00.

As part of our service to patients during the Corona Pandemic, online consultations may be used to provide our patients with convenient access to medical services. Patients should note that any digital images submitted as part of an online consultation, will automatically be stored within their clinical notes.
Please call at the reception or telephone during office hours only. For ROUTINE appointments or queries about results, please avoid telephoning between 08:30 and 11:30. It is usually much easier to telephone the surgery after 11.30a.m.
Online appointment booking may be temporarily suspended in line with national NHS guidance due to the Coronavirus spread. Please contact the surgery for further information.
SAME DAY problems will always be provided with immediate attention, either by an appointment or by speaking to the doctor.
We are now fortunate to have an advanced nurse practitioner and a clinical pharmacist who can see many conditions previously only seen by the doctors. So that they can direct you to the most appropriate clinician the receptionists will be asking you for details about why you want to be seen.
The doctors and nurses are happy to give advice over the telephone for problems which do not require an appointment or visit. It is helpful to let the receptionist know your details. The receptionist will ask for a contact telephone number where the doctor can ring you back when available.
Please note that reception staff are, for the most part, not medically qualified and are unable to give you medical advice.
Please do not phone before 08:30 or after 18:00 if your call is not urgent. If the doctor is unavailable you will be asked to leave a message. If your call is of an urgent nature your call will be passed to a doctor.
