Our Patient Participation Group has been running for many years and is open to all our patients.
As a patient your experiences matter as you can bring ideas to the surgery to help how we treat patients and improve what we do at the surgery. You will also gain a better understanding of the NHS and gather feedback from other patients.
We meet 4 times a year usually on a Tuesday evening. The meetings run from 6.30pm-7.30pm. If you cannot make the meetings, don’t worry – you can still be part of our virtual group. A virtual group member can get involved by email instead. Information such as minutes of the meetings and patient surveys can be shared electronically.
The email mailing list will be held by the surgery and any emails sent to an individual’s email address will not be shared.
Your views are important to us and will be listened to. It may not be possible to act on every suggestion but all feedback is very valuable. All patients views will be discussed and where appropriate we will work together on solutions.
If you are interested in joining our PPG, please contact the surgery and ask to speak to Louise McMeeking who is our Deputy Practice Manager.
We look forward to working with you in the surgery.
